Will of Richard Burford signed 16 May 1782, proved 15 Nov 1782.
Brothers Edward and Thomas, and brother-in-law James Green were named executors, but James renounced.
By 12 Feb 1805 the will had not been administered, and Edward and Thomas were also dead. Administration was given to Ann Weston wife of John Weston, since James Green still renounced.
Who was this Anne Weston? Catherine Burford (niece of Richard) was married to our John Weston, and his daughter Anne Rebecca would have been too young. So, unless there is an error in the record there was another John Weston with wife Anne.
