      Her father. He was orphaned young and brought up by Mr & Mrs Spooner. Mr Spooner was headmaster of a school, but she doesn't know if that was in Hyderabad or Bombay where he ended up.
      Edward might have had a twin or sibling who died young. Any documents he may have had were destroyed in the Bombay docks explosion in April 1944
