  • Notes 
    • She used a cross, rather than sign the marriage certificate. Also on David's birth certificate.
    • In the 1851 Census her birthplace is given as Shoreditch, though everything else points to this being the correct family. I didn't find any Sarah Playles born in Shoreditch at the FRC, but this information from the IGI fits perfectly.
